First, you did all was necessary to be done to buy it for us within the price range that we had mentioned to you ,also  you had found a tenant to rent the 15 horses stables ,it turn very well with your help, especially considering that we are in Florida less that six months a year.Finally we decided we needed a bigger farm and you brought us three serious buyers that made acceptable offers within a period  of 12 months. The first two were unable to obtain the amount of financing that they required. Few brokers have that intellectual capacity, imagination and knowledge to satisfy respectfully the will and the needs of both the buyer and the seller.

Having worked with Thomas (Tommy) Crivello in 3 different transactions should speak for itself. In 2010 Tommy helped us find our home in Sunshine Ranches and was involved in the entire transaction which was nothing but traditional. After moving in,Tommy found a buyer for our Davie house and quickly closed on it. In 2012 my parents needed to move closer and once again Tommy was the man to call. He was always patient, and available whenever we wanted to see a property. Our family highly recommends Tommy for any real estate transaction, and would not hesitate contracting his services in the future.

Tommy was the ultimate professional to work with.He patiently guided us through 6 months of searching for that perfect house. He did a great job of identifying potential homes for us to look at and found exactly what we were looking for. His service didn’t just stop there. We had a glitch during closing and stood to lose our entire deposit due to a bank error. The other realtor was not present at closing to offer any type of assistance. Tommy mobilized staff from his office, called the bank repeatedly, got the manager to fix the error so the deposit was released with about 30 minutes to spare. Needless to say, I was beyond ecstatic with Tommy’s help through the entire process.  I would heartily recommend Tommy as the perfect realtor for anyone in this crowded industry!
