Thomas J. Crivello was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. After graduating with honors from Kingsborough Community College and receiving an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Tommy enrolled in Boston University. While attending Boston University, the adoration and respect for his country unequivocally enhanced his decision to enlist in the United States Navy in 1995.
Tommy was stationed in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii on board the USS Fletcher DD-992, a naval Destroyer Ship. During his unblemished naval career, Tommy served two tours in Iraq and participated in Desert fox/Desert Shield where he was awarded one of his two Navy Achievement Medals. Before being honorably discharged in 1999, Tommy had achieved the rank of Petty Officer Second Class.
Returning to familiar roots, Tommy worked as a union carpenter in New York City for the following two years. In 2002, he and his bride, Nicole, made a life changing decision by moving to south Florida where Tommy became a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser.
Upon completing the two-year requirement for appraisal training, Tommy’s continual drive for success led him to establish TNN Appraisal, Inc. Due to professionalism and excellent service, TNN Appraisal grew extremely fast becoming one of the largest appraisal firms in South Florida from 2005 to 2009. Supervising and managing twenty-eight licensed appraisers, an office manager, and two full-time secretaries, Tommy acquired the interpersonal and communication skills necessary to flourish and emerge as a competent entrepreneur.
In 2009, Tommy expanded on his knowledge and career working in the South Florida Housing Market by obtaining his Sales Associate, Real Estate license. Shortly thereafter, he joined Joe Caprio & Co. Real Estate team. In 2013, persistent in his determination for success, Tommy enhanced his realtor expertise becoming a Real Estate Broker. He continues his effort as a Broker Associate working in the pristine areas of South Florida: South Florida, Weston, and Davie.
Tommy’s extensive knowledge in the housing market has given him a competitive edge over other realtors in the industry. The fundamental core of his business approach is the military’s foundation with a background in two vital industries, Construction and Appraisals. The unique combination of learned skills has enabled Tommy the aptitude to understand and identify all the intricate components of construction while being able to accurately evaluate a property for its true worth.
Tommy Crivello’s persistence in excellence has earned him a business degree with a hands-on education absorbing and acquiring the necessary knowledge in construction, evaluation, and sound configuration of homes. His drive to continually equip and move forward in business led to one of the largest appraisal firms in South Florida. With the ability to appreciate, recognize, evaluate, and market homes in the South Florida housing industry, Tommy has exceptionally propelled and elevated himself above the competitor brands. Today, he specializes in the South Broward niche market, concentrating on promoting and selling Luxury Estates and Equestrian Properties for both buyers and sellers.
