I’ve lived in South Florida for 30 years in numerous metropolitan areas such as Sunny Isles Beach, Aventura, Bal Harbour, North Miami Beach and most recently Southwest Ranches. I’m very acquainted with the appeal of these neighborhoods and have seen them grow and prosper over the years.
I also speak Portuguese and Spanish and have had the pleasure of working with investors and families looking for their South Florida gem for 10 years.
I love helping people and finding a place to call home is just one of the special ways to help others. Listening to people’s needs and wants is so important in the home buying process. Some places can be fixer uppers or a call for a whole brand new build and that’s where my specialty comes in. I also have a passion for interior design which helps spark some ideas when it comes to getting a home ready to list to sell or even create new spaces in a fixer upper. I work hand in hand with my husband who’s a general contractor and together we can make your ideas come to life and bring value to your new property. I do great in team settings and appreciate our broker Tommy who is readily available to assist on all our real estate transactions which is unique in this industry.
