I bought a home in Southwest Ranches. Tommy knew everything about the town. I had a lot of questions about agriculture exemptions, horses, etc.  He was very knowledgeable about it all. In order to get the house that I wanted I was short on cash for the down payment.  He was able to get me a private second mortgage to help close the deal.
